    Has anyone seen this movie?

    Saw it on one of the HBO channels last night, was cracking up so bad. For a movie about a program trying to "fix" Gay and Lesbian teens, it's quite hilarious. I was like "I shouldn't find these funny!" But I couldn't stop laughing ; ;

    At least in the end, the main character and the girl she liked finally got together, same with the 2 guys XD lol

    Isn't that like, everyone's first gay movie?

    I know it was mine. Very stereotypical, but I...guess it sends the right message?

    I watched that for the first time the other day too. It was so obviously written to take the piss, and I liked it....proper teen flick. I love the bit when all her family and friends go around finding reasons why she's gay at the start. (pictures in her locker of women, being bored kissing guys....just like me).

    It is by far the best movie to ever exist.

    It surpases Ferris Bueler.

    But I'm a Cheerleader is one of my absolute favorite movies!

    That was the first movie my girlfriend and I officially watched together :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    I was up late one night in junior high and I watched part of it on HBO and for some reason it kind of stuck out haha like, hey shouldn't I be there too?

    But yeah. Wonderful movie- I recently bought it on DVD.

    My first was 'Summer Storm', but after I was introduced to the genre, I seemingly can't get enough (movies that is).

    Cathy Moriarty is AMAZING in that film!

    Even though she was the homophobic Hitler-like character she was my favourite!

    I love her!

    I think my first lesbian movie was Fucking Amal. I didn't see But I'm a Cheerleader for the first time until last week. I like it, though, it's so cheesy and funny.
