I really like anime, but need more show suggestions. My only two rules for subject material are: no demons and no porn. I've seen Avatar the Last Airbender and am currently finishing Death Note. Thanks, -Rhys
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Simply a masterpiece. RWBY. Action to the max. Naruto. Such great. Hourou Musuko (Wandering Son). About two trans kids (mtf and ftm). Really great.
Isn't Death Note kind of breaking your own no demon rule? Lol... I tell everybody looking to get into Anime to check out Cowboy Bebop. That's a great series, and it's only 26 episodes long.

One of the few animes I've watched that hasn't been mentioned yet is Deadman Wonderland. It's not very long but I liked it a lot.
welcome to the nhk is as masterpiece baccano is good but i does have a demon in the story. but he is not in any way a main character. more of a plot device tbh durarara this has a monster but not a demon. hellsing ultimate and shiki . these have vampires. Tokyo magnitude 8.0 made me cry so you need to watch it.
I support the recommendations for Mirrai Nikki (Future Diary), action, romance, great story, that shows got it all. Deadman Wonderland is a great one too. I actually just finished Darker Than Black and its amazing. tl'dr: Mirrai Nikki, Deadman Wonderland, Darker than Black
If you like Death Note, you'd probably like Tokyo Ghoul? Technically the ghouls are less demons than the death gods, and it still has all the ambiguous morality and even more gore! (Plus the art is incredible.) Others I'd recommend: X/1999 Witch Hunter Robin Black Cat Bleach One Piece Ansatsu Kyoushitsu (Assassintation Classroom)

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood ^ the best anime ever made by my reckoning. Hunter x Hunter (2011 version) ^ very imaginative and fun adventure, my personal 2nd favorite

It has a rep for being a kid's show, but Sailor Moon is actually great if you're looking for canon lesbian couples. Haruka and Michiru are a lesbian pair; it's really obvious. Michiru even makes a joke about Haruka eating too many sweets. It's obvious what she means.
