Hi! I've got one of my moderate-break-from-heavy-metal phases again.

I'm looking for some classical music. Beethoven, Mozart etc., that I usually call "orchestral classical" is good, but I'm also looking for solo classical such as this

I'm also desperately looking for older and/or contemporary creators of Japanese classical music online.

    Thanks!

    Example of Japanese classical:

I love that song and I love that cover of it!

Wagakki Band (the one who covered that song)
    Also did Tengaku - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2meWkWqc-I
    And Iroha Uta - www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YXK59qfenE
And the above was called Senbonzakura.
I'm pretty sure this band covers songs in a more traditional Japanese-combined-with-metal style.

These three original songs came from Vocaloid. If you don't know what that is, it's these vocal synthesizers that sing songs that many people make. Does that make sense? There are many real people who cover these songs, if you don't like the electronic synthesized sorta voice.

Here are two songs I'd consider classical Japanese from what I know. They are human covers of vocaloid songs.
Tsugai Kogarashi (A pair of wintry winds)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ERN5xg3gD4
    i think its a beautiful song

    And...
Seasonal Feathers (Also known as shikiori no hane)
My personal favorite cover is in english-
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0dvRMnmN2w
This song is so beautiful and heartbreaking and makes me cry almost every time.
There are also quite a few instrumental covers of this song, they're quite good!

Seasonal Feathers is off of a popular Japanese folktale. I can't even- It makes me so emotional.

I'm also on one of my "taking a break from metal"-phases and I love Japanese Classical! I'm excited to see what others post on this thread
