yeah, just got into this band called Beirut! They have trumpets, accordians, drums, etc.. All really carnivalyish! The lead singer sounds a little like a cross between the shins guy and interpol man. (don't know their names... )

    Also Connor Oberst. Awesome!

  3. All Regina Spektor songs, including, but not limited to: Samson (Songs version), Bartender, Apres Moi, Ne Me Quitte Pas, and The Ghost of Corporate Future.

    <3 Regina Spektor

Yeah, I like how the first few times you hear Fidelity you can't tell if you like it, or if it's too odd. But eventually the whole craziness that is Regina Spektor just makes sense!

If you want to get some things on i-tunes/i-pod or whatever you listen to music with there is a program free online called "TubeTilla Free" it takes the link of a youtube video and can make the audio into Mp3 for music or video and audio into mp4 for videos! Its a safe and free program, ive used it alot.

Hey, if you like the Yeah Yeah Yeah's you should like the Grates (eg Science is Golden).

And if you like plain white T's, and death cab for cutie, then try Bishop Allen. They do songs with stories, like click click click, where a guy runs into a church to get out of the rain, and ends up in a wedding and all their photos.

Based on what you like, I'd say try 30 Seconds to Mars, ABX, Albert Hammond Jr., Common, Interpol, Le Tigre, Metric, M.O.P., My Chemical Romance, Ra Ra Riot, Santogold, Stars, The Academy Is..., The Decemberists, The Gossip, The New Pornographers , The Organ, The Shins, The Stills, Thrice, Thursday, Tokyo Police Club, TV On the Radio, Uh Huh Her, Wolf Parade

I'm sure you've heard of about half of those, but I figured I'd list them just to help you out anyway. You know, a little bit of everything it return

Script is an alt rock band, and I would say listen to Goodbyes by Savannah Outen because it is a little similar to Taylor Swift in my opinion.
