On the topic of Asian films (inspired by Wonderwall's 200 lbs of Beauty topic), I would like to share the film Happy Together directed by Kar Wai Wong (your supposed to say it differently but I forgot how lol). We watched this film in my Film Interpretation Class this semester. It was one of the best films we watched too. It is a film about a gay Chinese couple who are "exiled" to Argentina. Its shows their turbulent romance and their struggle. It is really really good. The cinematography is amazing and the acting is great. It stars Tony Leung and Leslie Cheung as the film's main characters. Have any other ECer's seen this film? I'll post a trailer for it later, I need to pick up my sister really soon. But I HIGHLY recommend this film. Its basically the film that got me into LGBT films.
