Yup. I saw this one. Sweden gets away with a lot of things. People think it's perfect. It isn't. This video truly was disgusting.
1) Well, if the guy(manager) actively dislikes gay men, than it's probably for the best that he doesn't hire such, because I can't see any point in hiring people which you dislike for some reason. The whole working process will be messed up and noone will benefit from it. 2) Video shows just one company, represented by just one guy. No sensation or huge scandal here. 3) Most people that have actually worked, should know that in business there's little to no space at all for homophobia or xenophobia. Good managers look for best people for the position, not for those who are more heterosexual than others. There are, of course, some conservative companies, but it's all bound to change. ./Rather tendentious video, imo, with the sole purpose of likes and subscribe(s) to the respective video and channel. That's how Youtube works.
