I just went to the movies tonight and saw "Australia" with Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman. It was a really good movie. It's pretty long but if you want to see a good movie I recommend this one. Just thought to share it with everyone. :icon_wink
Hey there fellow Las Vegan. Welcome to EC. The movie is about 2 hours and 45 mins. I saw it over at the Hacienda Hotel near Lake Mead.
i watched that movie the day it was released i personally thought that it was rather disappointing idk it was really long with too much stuff added with out much coherency. the acting wasn't too bad cuz i love nicole kidman and hugh jackman. the graphic of the movie was fantastic tho, really large scaled and beautiful... overall, it wasn't too bad but not good as i expected it to be...
it was really long... and i hated how it was all happy, about to end.. then it went again.. i didnt know it would go for that long.. i laughed at the australian accents...
I havn't seen a movie yet that can get a true Australian accent. Its almost as if the 'movies' have made up a whole new Aussie accent. I wont be seeing the movie, not my thing. I need car chases and explosions to keep me interested, and anything with Nicole Kidman is crap (Days of thunder the exception, but not for her role haha)
