Depends on what you count as 'kid' :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

When I was 3, it was 'The Little Mermaid', when I was 7 or 8 it was 'The Sound of Music', and when I was 10 it was... Idk, probably 'The Lion King'. At 13, it was 'Only Clouds Move The Stars'.
So yeah... There you go, my favourite childhood movies :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

When I was younger, the new Willy Wonka movie. I loved that movie! I even learned all of the Oompa-Loompa dances! XD
Roald Dahl among my favorite authors, as well.

    Apparently it was this movie!

I say 'apparently' because my parents said it was my obsession. Over and over they said I would watch it.. and yet my personal memories of it were that I found it unsettling. Weird.

Ah, that title brings back such wonderful memories. I still have the DVD of it in my collection. Hayao Miyazaki made so many amazing anime films. Life is good, sometimes.

Titanic. Apparently I would sit infront of TV for hours and keep rewatching the part when it sinks.

My favourite movies as a child were the Harry Potter movies. Prisoner of Azkaban was my fav and still is now, closely followed by Goblet of Fire.

Either Toy Story or Tory Story 2. I lean towards the latter because I saw it in the cinema when it was first released.

Either way, I love the Tory Story franchise.

Jaws and Who Framed Roger Rabbit. They're the ones I can remember liking a lot at a very early age.

The Sound Of Music - the first time I saw it at age 5 I was enthralled. The story, the songs... I made my mom buy it on VHS and I watched it everyday for 3 straight months and then it lessened to once a week. I currently don't own the DVD but you can bet every Christmas I watch it regardless of the time slot (usually around midnight). It remains my favourite movie of all time.

The King And I. Same as TSOM, I loved the story and the songs. I always cry at the end.

The Little Mermaid. I used to constantly borrow my friend's VHS copy until it was re-released in 1998. Ariel, Sebastian, Scuttle, the songs!

Thumbelina. The only time I ever threw a tantrum in public because I wanted it. Also Jodi Benson was the voice of Ariel as well.

This was the only movie in our VHS player  I liked it very much! It all started here where my love for snakes began.
