Just wondering what everyone's favourite format for music is. I have some vinyls, but I prefer buying CDs.

    The vinyl LP.

Back in the 1990s, I had a period when my audio system only had a turntable.

Digital. But sometimes it's nice to listen to a CD in it's entirety

Digital. CDs are a close second. If you rip CDs, then you get quality digital files and you don't have to listen to some lame (joke unintentional) copies.

MP3 320kbps is good enough for me. MP3 192kbps is acceptable. I don't think my standards are too high! Some folks don't settle for this level.

A sexy man/woman, who will serenade me, with my choice of music.

Am I asking for too much?

Vinyl, because I listen to mostly old music and I like to listen to a song as it originally would have been played.

I usually rip my CDs too, especially since all of the CD players in my house are broken now :rolle:

I figured no one would pick cassettes, but I thought I should make that an option, since I know some people who listen to them still for some reason.

As a kid, cassettes were amazing. I'd just record off the radio and never have to worry about catching a song again.

I usually buy my music digitally. When there are limited edition vinyl or CD versions by artists I really like, I buy them too.

Digital. More convenient and I can store as much of it as I want on my hard drive without having mountains of CDs lying around. (But I do burn some of my albums to CD.)

Digital. I've bought most of my music online, or stream it through an app. Though I do enjoy CDs, I find it more convenient to have it on a small mp3 player I can take with me wherever.

Growing up, I had tons of cassettes, then moved on to cd's. Don't have them anymore tho, everything is digital. I have everything on my phone.......never knew I could love an inanimate object as much as my phone.

I voted for CD but I'm totally okay with digital too. For listening I listen to digital way more obviously because going out it'll be kind of hard to bring my entire CD collection with me. But as for buying I buy loads of CDs. I would try out vinyl but I haven't got a record player (I want to save up for that actually), so I wouldn't know if I'd like vinyl more or less than CDs.

Vinyl, with hq digital being second. I tend to listen to full albums anyway.

I use Spotify the most, but I have a huge interest in vinyl so that'll be my first choice.

I listen to digital by far the most (mostly youtube), but I buy the music in CD form. Hell no, I will never pay for digital music unless I know exactly whom I am supporting and want to support them. Sorry.

I love buying physical copies of albums (especially kpop albums, the packaging is just so pretty) but it'd be way too expensive to buy every album or every song that I like so I still mostly download stuff and listen to music on my computer or iPod. So, I voted digital.
