I'm an avid reader and with have a wide range of book themes and genres that I like to read.

Lately i'v been trying to find more books with or about female to male transgender characters since that's what I identify with best I find it intriguing to see my self represented in stories.

For whatever reason I also get into stories with or about lesbians. Iv read a fair share of stories with gay male character but they don't tend to hold my attention as much the ones with lesbians.

Anyone have any books they can suggest to me that fit what i'm looking for. :help:

    Lesbian books-
    -Annie On My Mind
    -The Miseducation of Cameron Post
    -Everything Leads To You

    FTM transgender-
-Some Assembly Required: The Not-So-Secret Life of a Transgender Teen
    -Beautiful Music for Ugly Children

I haven't read all of the above. Some of them are just on my to read list and I've heard good things about them. If you're looking for more goodreads (the website) has some pretty good lists of lesbian and transgender stories/novels.

I'v read Annie On My mind, its one of my favorites, and i'v also read Some Assembly Required recently but I didn't particularly care for It. Its a memoir although an interesting It was a little too dry for my taste. the miseducation is on my to-read list and ill look into the other one.

Lies We Tell Ourselves is about a lesbian (among other things :3). It's definitely one of my favourite books, and I would strongly recommend it!

I hope no one finds it offensive that I prefer reading about lesbians. I promise its not coming from some sexist men like lesbians thing at least I don't think so, I certainly don't fetishize them.
