My kids and I do a movie night usually twice a month. They love it and make a big deal turning my living room into forts with beds and we snuggle in, and eat popcorn and watch movies. I'm starting to run out of ideas for movies for movie night. Just wondering if anyone had any movies to recommend. Even older movies are welcome. My kids love old movies. (!)
How old are your kids? You've probably gone through some of these already but, all the Disney/Pixar movies, the Marvel ones. Stuff like Kung Fu Panda, How To Train Your Dragon, Big Hero 6. Lilo and Stitch maybe? Also Paddington is one I watched a while back with some friends and we really enjoyed it. I remember really liking the movies Elf and Holes as a kid. I've never watched Night At The Museum but it seems to be pretty good. Here are some links with lists too, maybe you can find some that are suitable and good: Top 100 Kids & Family Movies Most Popular Comedy-Family Feature Films The 50 best kids movies to watch as a family Family Movies
They are 7-11 years old. Oh man I totally forgot all about the movie holes. I haven't seen it in years. I think that'll be tonight's movie. Thank you!!
The trilogy of the Berserk films, the human centipede, A serbian film, Apocolypse now, the good Alien films, etc. Those would be good places to start.
Hahaha knowing my kids they would love it. They scare me. (My kids, not the movies). My 9 yr old wants to see the visit.
