Movies about people dying, but they're not actually dead?

    Maybe this sounds weird, but I love watching movies and shows where someone thinks the other person has died, but they haven't, and they find out later in the movie/show and it's all a happy ending, etc.

    Anyone have any movies or know any shows that do this?

    It's a guilty pleasure of mine.

    The only one I can think of off the top of my head is If I Stay, although the main character never technically dies.

    In one of the seasons of Criminal Minds, a character fakes her death but later comes back and is revealed to be alive.

    All I can think of is that episode of Star Trek TOS when they thought Captain Kirk was dead.
