Omg, this is so exciting, though I think this song's a bit boring. It feels like a generic, predictable Eurovision song. But it's also a sign that it's already time to begin my Eurovision hype.

I'm so glad Australia got another year in Eurovision; we're actually the biggest viewership proportional to our population and it gives us the chance for Lee Lin Chin (blessed be her name) to announce again.

Also, I'm hoping Finland enters something in Finnish again. It's such a waste for Finns to sing in English, even though the only Finnish victory was in English.

    Doesn't sound too bad!

I am so ready for Eurovision this year. Well... I'm not because we need to sort out exactly who's hosting the Eurovision party but it'll be fun!

Guy Sebastian did a really good job last year.

@Spartan 117: Only Adele can save your country.

I have not forgotten about this thread. No new songs have been chosen yet. Also, it is not possible to post songs in a different language from English due to the monolingual policy. Thank you.

This is not true, is it? For posts and threads I can understand all communication should be in English, but for songs (artistic expressions)? It's not like anyone uses that to communicate.

I've posted plenty of songs in German lately.

Unfortunately it is true. I have talked to the staff. It is easier for the Moderators this way. I hope you understand.

Okay, I listened to all the songs in this topic! :icon_bigg

My favourite by far was the one from Albania: Përrallë. I'm not sure whether it'll end high, because I feel it's more of an acquired taste really. Doesn't seem like the generic dancy song. Yet, I like it a lot! :icon_bigg

Ireland's entry was okay. He sings well, not really my type of music but that's okay. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I like Belgium's entry the least. I don't like her voice (at least not what's she's doing with the longer notes) and I don't like the song either (I think I don't like this kind of music).

I thought Belarus would make my day.. Yeah, I like Solayoh a lot (an entry from some years ago - I know quite some didn't like it  ) and I also liked Cheesecake (another previous entry, it even was one of my favourites! ). This one was definitely not my cup of tea. The song was okay, it's just his voice.. I'm not fond of these type of voices, it's just me. =)

Then finally Malta's entry. It was okay, closer to what I like and her voice was okay, but the song seemed sort of unfinished. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Still waiting for the next Pastora Soler to stop by.

No problem! Glad to see you looking forward to the Eurovision Song Contest already! :icon_bigg

Spain's song was okay! I liked Barei's voice, it had some "rough edge" to it in this song. =] At times I felt the song was a bit too much "dance" (like contemporary music these days, I don't enjoy "dance"). The thing I liked most about the song was her voice. I feel she didn't use her voice to the full potential, so I'll check out some of her other songs someday. I am a bit disappointed in the fact that this song is in English mostly (but that's just because I prefer Spanish :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: ).

Yet overall, it was okay. Considerably better than most entries I've heard so far (with the exception of Albania's song). =]
