Well I had a feeling it would be a smudge gay being in SF but it was pretty awesome. Whoever tried to give the pride flag your a hero of the night. Everyone at the party I was at commented on it from drunken slurs to happy comments it started a conversation that was totally unexpected. The "macho" super bowl turned into an awesome debate that I just saw from the side lines at my party. Good job.
That sounds as though it was incredibly fascinating and encouraging to watch. Was an awesome halftime though.
It was alright, but it lacked that epic feel Springsteen and McCartney brought. The retooling of Clocks was pretty clever though.

There was a ruddy great big pride flag that was so big and conspicuous that I missed it as well. I blame Chris Martin and his ridiculous dad dancing and Bruno Mars and his terrible everything
I thought this was only referring to the rainbow colors used during the performance. Either way, it was a pleasant spectacle. Beyoncé stole the show--Coldplay was mediocre, but that's par for the course for them.
