I am so excited because this thursday I am going to see the play wicked. I've never read the book, but I've heard that the play is really good. So my question is, Has anyone else seen it and if they have, How was it? Right now I don't know what to expect but I am thrilled to go see it nevertheless.
I saw it both on broadway and the tour. Trust me you wont be dissapointed. Best song is defying gravity, Goosebump central!
Oh Wicked was epic I swear they must use a ton of green makeup though. It's well worth seeing you should enjoy it!
I saw it on Broadway and it was fantastic. I also read the book, which was good but I think it really slowed down once they all left school.

I Love Wicked! The music anyway, as I have not been fortunate enough to see it. My favorite songs are Defying Gravity and For Good, but all of them are just awesome. I kind of hope to some day work on the tech crew for a production of Wicked. Being a Spotlight Operator would be so cool, and much more impressive than any show I've worked. Anyway, my main point is that you are going to love it.
soo jealous... wicked is awesome and it doesnt matter that you havent read the book - they are soo different (just the same characters) tho the book is an awesome read. as long as you know the story of the wizard of oz, you will get the jokes im jealous...
im going to see it when it comes here, i am pretty stoked. Ive only been to one other broadway play and that was Avenue Q, which was awesome.
I have not been to see a live musical alas ....i freaking LOVE musicals though. Wicked is on the top of my list to see, with Avenue Q and one i cant spell right under it Too bad they never seem to come here Have fun!
Yeah you guys were all right, it was freakin awesome.(!) We had box seats that put us pretty much next to the stage ( but a little over it). The music was great, the story was easy to follow, and the costumes were fabulous. I had a blast. I would definitely recommend to go see it!
Wicked IS Epic. Trust me, see the play before you read the book, you'll be majorly turned off if you read the book first, its very pornographic and very.... well sexual, and literally NOTHING like the play. trust me, play first :eusa_danc
