So, anyone likes them? I know it's not top stuff, but there is something about how hopeless they all are, and how their silliness turns this crap into a good show, at least for laughs... I can relate to Simon, I guess I was like him as a teenager.
Just checking we're talking about the UK version rather than the US version right? I've seen a few episodes of the UK version but I once saw the US version of the show and I didn't like it as much.
So it seems, just to clarify this is about the UK version... I'm afraid there must be huge differences there.
Yeah, it only had one season in total in 2012 before it was dropped completely because of low ratings. The still play reruns of it occasionally here, but after seeing parts of it I can understand why. Then again, I'm biased to the original so...
Inbetweeners is a classic. They ruined it by making a movie (and then a second) it definitely should have been left as a series. Neil is probably my favourite, he's just the stereotypical brainless dummy you get in a program. Bumder with forever be my favourite insult and 'bus wanker' and 'friend!' never fail to pop up every once in a while.
Neil - 'So... Are they friends or not?' ... I was crying at that point... The school trip with that pedo guy was another good one... And the concert... I think it's amazing how they could turn something like the pussy patrol into a funny thing...
