Hey all. I'm a pretty big anime fan and have been recently getting into manga too. Problem is I haven't been able to find any new material lately that I've enjoyed :tears: Soooo, I was hoping some of the wonderful people of EC could help me out and give me some suggestions I'm into horror and action kind of stuff (not a big fan of comedy or sappy romance kind of stuff), here's a couple of my favorites to give an idea of what I like: Animes: - Attack on Titan - Code Geass - Hell Girl - Another - Elfen Lied - Blood + Mangas: - Deadman Wonderland - Elfen Lied - Uzumaki - Ibitsu If anyone coming across this knows some similar anime/manga to some of the ones on my list PLEASE share!!!! So I really recommend Honey's Anime. It's a great news/lists/blog site for anime. Very reliable translators. Personally: X/1999 (Action/Supernatural; Apocylpse) Witch Hunter Robin (Supernatural/Action; magic! But like dark) Pyschopass (Scifi/Action; detective future crime drama) Ghost in the Shell (Scifi/Action; how have you not seen this says-the-person-that-only-watched-it-recently)
Parasyte! It's so good!!! Since you said you liked horror, I'd also recommend anything by Junji Ito, especially Amigara Fault. Also, Death Note. Not quite horror or action, but dark and really cool.
