I'm not sure how anyone who hasn't seen the show up to this point managed to miss all the news surrounding it, but just in case, this contains spoilers. --- There's been a huge amount of controversy over the death of Lexa. Apparently whenever a gay character finds happiness in the world of television, one of the people in the relationship dies. I'm relatively new to the gay community and haven't seen many television shows with gay characters. What do you think about the huge amount of criticism The 100 has received over this? I honestly wasn't hugely bothered by it, but like I said I didn't know that this sort of writing was "a thing". I'm also sorry if this topic has been addressed in another post, I've been off the site for a few weeks so I've missed stuff.
