Does anyone else on here like Hamilton? Or is it just me?

I shamelessly admit that I cried at the end of it...and Lin Manuel Miranda is my idol. I have been searching for a way to watch it, but alas, I have had very little luck. It really is my most favorite musical, and have come to love most of the characters. Unfortunately, people think I'm insane when I talk about how much I adore Hamilton and Lafayette.

I've never cared much for Alexander Hamilton. Can't believe he's on the $10 bill...

The musical was quite amazing! I won't go as far as to say it's the best I've ever seen, but it's definitely special.

It's my favorite musical. There was a period of a few weeks when I listened to nothing else at home. Every time I think "maybe I won't cry as hard this time" and every time I sob so hard it hurts.

SAAAAME. I cry at "The World Was Wide Enough" when Hamilton is speaking. I can't sing that part because I break down into tears. Like I know it's coming, but every time I just lose it. Also, the part in "Who Lives, Who dies..." Is when Eliza says, "Oh. Can I show you what I'm proudest of?" And I just prepare myself for another feel-trip.

I know! I can't sing "Stay Alive (Reprise)" or "Quiet Uptown" or the second half of "The World Was Wide Enough" or most of "Who Lives, Who Dies..." because I cry too hard. I try because I want to be able to sing the whole musical but then I get increasingly choked up until I'm just crying.

I don't know why, but something struck a chord with me, and I fell in love with Hamilton. In fact, for my school's anual talent show, I'm singin King George's you'll be back.
On another note, have you watched The Ham4Ham Show?

I love hamilton, I haven't actually seen it yet but I've listened to the music and I love it. I love how Jonathan Groff sings You'll be Back, and my voice teacher is having me sing it so maybe I can perform it next year. Also if you haven't already I would suggest watching the miscast of the Schuyler Sisters as it is pretty amazing.

AHH THE MISCAST WAS GREAT. The boy who played Angelica was fabulous though. I have yet to watch it too, but I hope I can convince my family to take me to see it when we head to New York for my summer break.

I feel left out. What's Hamilton? Does it have something to do with Lin Manuel Miranda? Where can I watch this? GRRR....so many questions!

I love Hamilton! The musical is so great and I love that all of the actors are people of color as it sends a political message to Broadway and Hollywood for the lack of roles for people of color in those industries.

Hamilton is a musical about founding father Alexander Hamilton. It has everything to do with Lin Manuel Miranda, he wrote the thing and also plays Hamilton. As far as I know you can't watch it anywhere but live, but the full soundtrack is on Youtube.

I'm late to this but I love it too! It's SO clever and well-written.
