Has anyone here heard of the movie 'Love Of Siam'? It's a very powerful movie about two (gay) childhood friends and their families. I suggest you see it if you haven't. It is a foreign movie, so you will have to read subtitles (but it is worth it, trust me). This movie made me think a lot about myself, and in fact, made me question why there is so much hostility towards homosexuality. Please find time to watch this wonderful movie. It is basically my favorite movie of all time. It's not about being gay really. It's about life and love.
