I played the 360 demo, but I didn't like it that much. I dunno, RTS on a console just doesn't work. I like my hotkeys.
Pc rts's may let you have hot-key shortcuts but the frame rate and sustainability of those games on most computers is nil especially late game when there tends to be more building and units than earlier on. Lag and bad frame-rate is something most console games don't have to worry about. If you get a 360 game, for the most part, you know it will work for your console. If you get a PC game you have to worry about whether or not the game will work with your specifications. Halo Wars might not have as much depth as other rts games but that doesn't meant it's not as good.
agreed. i like halo wars alot i think its a good rts game and managed the controls and gameplay well just saying its better for hot keys on pc. Command and conquer + endwar try to cram all the hot keys etc onto a controller which kinda complicates things but Halo wars kept it simple.
meh, its ok. not worth buying in my opinion but pretty fun. it need more factions tho. games with only 2 get old pretty fast
