Who else is excited for the upcoming season this fall? I surely am (!) Didn't think I'd be anticipating the school to start so early this holiday lol
I didn't know it was a show when I clicked on this thread so I was very worried when I saw this. :lol:
I also watched it all in like 4 days. I'm not usually a night owl but heck this show kept me from sleeping at night hard. Do you have a favourite character?
Probably Annalise. She's such an interesting character and Viola Davis does a great job in portraying her. I like almost all of the characters tbh, apart from Rebecca in the first season, cause she annoyed the crap out of me.
Rebecca had a very intriguing personality. I hated it when she died, she was innocent. Her problem was not being able to properly defend herself and eventually accepting guilt for a crime she didn't commit. Very courageous of Wes to try and sort her out, I liked that about him. What I didn't fancy about Annalise were some of the unnecessary lies she told. I think she could have managed the second season's framework better. She so carelessly put her life and Wes' mental state in danger. But I guess that's the beauty of the plot, the human imperfection ever in the best of us.
I fell in love with this show after the first episode. When she stood there and told the girl to not take a learning experience from another student I knew I was in love. The show is just written so amazingly and the cast is perfect. I wasn't a big fan of Asher in the first season but I appreciate what they have done with him in the second season. My all time favorite character goes to Connor though. I've loved his progression the most. Starting out as a player turned lover. Colliver is just the best pairing on network television at this time.
Colliver are adorable. Plus Connor's development was great - he started off as a bit of an asshole, but he's much better and kinder in the second season.
