Alright a quick fact about me: I'm a major music lover! I spend almost every hour of every day listening to my favorite jams and just get so into them. I can like any music genre (Seriously my personal playlist is a gigantic mess of different artists/genres/tones/etc) and I always make it a goal to find at least a handful of new songs I can add to my list!

With my love for music, I'm always on the lookout for more and there are times where it seems like I'm in a sort of music desert; So, I'm asking you guys if you're willing to share your favorite artists/songs/or even genre! It can be anything really: Foreign music, jingles, soundtracks, some drunk guy singing a horrible rendition of Frozen's "Let It Go", ANYTHING GOES

And if you're in a music desert too I can pick a small handfull from my personal playlist and see if you like any. I have a large collection of music and my personal library has 800+ songs (and that dosen't count for the songs I favorited on Pandora and Spotify :eusa_danc). Just a small warning though: Most of these songs are grouped together not by band/artist/genre so some of these picks will most likely jump everywhere in terms of genre/mood/etc. (sorry but that's just how I like my music: not by artist but just how that one song goes. Even with my favorite artists or albums there are songs that I just don't like)

    Thank you!

    I know tons of bands/artists, although I mainly listen to metal/punk/electronic and most of their subgenres. I'll list a few songs you can check out;

    "We Sink" by CHVRCHES

    "Departures" by Ghost Brigade

"Running up that Hill" by Icon and the Black Roses

"Before We Die" by The Devin Townsend Project
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DRThR5UdEA

    "While We Sleep" by Insomnium

I'd also recommend other songs by those artists as well. If you want anymore, I'd be glad to share, my library is endless it seems.

I listen to a ton of music as well. Here's some songs I like to listen to. I just used shuffle, because otherwise the list would be huge.

    "Two Coffins" - Against Me!
    Album: Transgender Dysphoria Blues

"Never Catch Me (feat. Kendrick Lamar)" - Flying Lotus
    Album: You're Dead!

    "Dissolved Girl" - Massive Attack
    Album: Mezzanine

"The World At Large" - Modest Mouse
Album: Good News For People Who Love Bad News

"Deer Dance" - System of a Down
    Album: Toxicity

    "Bodysnatchers" - Radiohead
    Album: In Rainbows

    "Water Tower" - Aesop Rock
    Album: The Impossible Kid

    "Time" - Pink Floyd
Album: The Dark Side of the Moon

(I'd also recommend all these albums, I enjoy them quite a lot)

Thank you guys for all these songs! Now my playlist is growing again and I'll check out the artists and all of their other songs real soon.
And I just wanna let you guys know that I'm definitely still looking for more songs so whenever you're in a sharing mood you can just drop by and sprinkle some down here for me and for others that want to find new songs to jam to!:eusa_danc

Goddamnit I can't find Freddy Vander and his ensemble on youtube to show you!

    It's truly shite.

Okay, that's a lie, if you like parisian accordion jazz, it's great.

    Jazz-y-ish stuff I like and I doubt you've heard:
    Django reinhardt-minor swing
    Chet atkins-windy and warm
Les paul- the world is waiting for the sun to rise
    Louis armstrong-st james infirmary blues

Real music I like and you might not have heard of:
    Stray cats-stray cat strut
    Del shanon- runaway
    Kurtis blow- the breaks
    Them- here comes the night
What I've got in mind- Billie joe spears

'New' stuff you might not have heard of that I like:
    Moriarty-ramblin' man
