I was watching LOGO and they had a preview for 'Pedro'. Pedro Zammora was the first openly HIV + cast member of the Real World. He was on the Real World San Francisco and died in 1994. The movie debuts on April 1 at 8 PM. http://www.pedrothemovie.com/
That was a very powerful show, and it really made so many things REAL for the American public. I am glad they are doing a movie about it. I hope it does not become too preachy
Not at all. It has a lot of the behind the scene stuff. The Real World is only a small part of the movie.
I remember watching that season of The Real World about a year ago, I forgot what website I found it on. Anyway, I hope Logo puts this on Netflix!
They play reruns from the 90's? Edit: Sorry, I was talking about The Real World San Francisco, not The Real World in general.
Yeah, I know. I don't get the Logo channel, I have no idea how I'm going to see the movie...I'll find a way though.
