Harry Potter LGBT+ Headcanons?

Mine is that Draco is bi and had a persistent crush on Harry. He had no means nor even an idea of how to handle this, so continued being a horrible douche until finally making amends years later.

I think I'd have to write a sprawling series from Draco's perspective to cover the whole arc, but I'm not at all feeling up to it at the moment. O.O

 

Dean and Seamus got married when Ireland voted ''yes'' to same sex marriage. On the basis that there's no reason mentioned in Harry Potter books to suggest their relationship wouldn't work and the actor who played Seamus announced it.

I also think that Albus and Scorpius will eventually date/get married or reveal past feelings for each other based on the way they were with each other in CC. This is the reason why I don't ship Drarry, although I think Draco had some feelings for Harry, but I don't think it would happen back then on the way Draco treated Harry and his friends, and I don't think they'd do it now if Scorbus got together.

There is quite a bit on how the school protects trans and NB students. Creating spells, bedrooms/bathrooms, clothing swaps, using polyjuice potions. Hagrid telling others to be respectful when a unicorn feels safe around transgirls.

But what I'd like to know is if these protections were around when Harry was at the school, or if they paralleled muggle LGBT right progressions?

I recently found out that some people ship Albus Dumbledore/Severus Snape.

I would die for genderfluid Tonks. You can't fight me on this, Tonks is my NB child.

(Please notice how I'm ignoring several canon pairings; that is totally intentional.)

 

Obviously shipping Sirius and Lupin ( although I really like Tonks).

There are just too many jokes about puppy love lost on that pairing to let it slide.

 

There's the whole thing about Dumbledore marrying Gandalf, but I don't know if that necessarily counts, considering Gandalf and all. :lol:

I'm here for these headcanons, and honestly, being a secret Drarry shipper has made me hold out for bi/pan Draco and Harry.

 

Maybe Sirius being asexual, and Scorpius and Albus seem like they'd be a cute couple.

 

oh yeah, and Tonks is definitely bi in my head.

 

My character perceptions have obviously been too influenced by fanfiction and my own incapabilities to understand sex and romance, but here are my headcanons (with entirely too much ace/aro hcs):

Gay Peter Pettigrew (legit don't ask me why this is my weirdest headcanon I have no idea why I hc'ed him gay)

I actually like to think about Remus and Sirius.

Drarry I ship them!

I also like to think about Luna and Ginny (I found a picture on Pinterest and loved it!).
And I also agree with Tonks being bi ^^

 

Luna is probably bi and has a crush on Ginny... It works

 

I saw a post the other day which said something along the lines of "I love Drarry shippers. Not the ship itself, just the shippers and the jokes they come up with"

That's pretty much exactly how I feel about that xD

Otherwise, Sirius and Lupin for sure! I am also inclined to see Tonks as some form of non binary, and Luna as ace.

 

I have a lot of headcanons but one I'll throw out there is bi, trans guy Remus Lupin.
