Ever been so insanely obsessed with a band/singer?

    I mean, so insanely that it annoys everyone but you when you listen to them?
    Then on the other hand, ever liked a band/singer so much, but everyone else likes them that much, too?

    Ever liked a band/singer that you're embarrassed to admit to it?
    Or one that you must tell EVERYONE about because you're so proud to LOVE them?

    I think I have an unhealthy obsession with Queen right now. ]: How can anyone NOT be?

    Ok, *maybe* Britney Spears. The fact that all my friends have banned me from playing any of her songs while we carpool may fit under the "so insanely that it annoys everyone but you when you listen to them". And i guess the fact i scream along to her songs in public fits under "must tell EVERYONE about because you're so proud to LOVE them".

    Ok, *maybe* the same is true for Lily Allen, Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Cher, George Michael, Mika, Patrick Wolf, Beyonce....

    ...

    Ok, *maybe* its true for every band i listen to :slight_smile:

    Tool. Maynard James Keenan of Tool too. I now listen to Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer endlessly because he is the singer in all those bands. Tool. and Pink Floyd. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Right now I'm on such a ridiculously huge Dream Theater buzz. No idea where it came from, but all I know is that today I've already listened to 5 full albums of theirs...

    yay! a NW fan. :lol: I'm sure that was fun. I saw them last year too, in May. Fantastic show.. I managed to worm my way to be almost right in front of the stage. I was surprised to find out that there are some people who actually mosh at Nightwish shows o_o So I got bumped around a fair bit. Great night though.. I wish they'd come back around my way now that they are touring again, but I think the Dark Passion Play tour is done with North America now.

    But yes.. they are my kinda sorta totally massive obsession. I'm going crazy waiting for another album.
