Me! I'm a proud Gryffindor. I took very detailed Harry Potter personality quiz and got Tonks. Extremely accurate!

    Hello fellow Gryffindor!

The test is from a dating website, so I can't mention it here. >_<
I have a Pottermore account, but I don't get on much. And I haven't seen Fantastic Beasts yet because I've been broke. But I definitely plan to ASAP.
It's funny that I'm a Gryffindor because my twin sister is a Slytherin. XD

I love Harry Potter. I read most of the books (except Half-blood Prince, which I skipped, since by the time I was reading it Deathly Hollows came out and I jumped right to that). I've seen the movies numerous times as well. I actually got into it when I was about five or so and was at a babysitter's house. She had the first two movies, and I decided to watch Chamber of Secrets (skipping the first because apparently that's a theme when it comes to HP for me). I loved it so much, that I eventually got my two closest friends into the series. I remember when I was little the three of us would LARP HP (I would always be forced to be Ron), and we'd have so much fun with it.

I'm not so much into it nowadays, but I am actually looking to re-read the books at some point. It was such a large part of my childhood, and I would love to get back into it.

I'm Slytherin, by the way. Actually that's a bit of a sore subject for my mother, who is in worse denial about my house than she is about my gender identity. I wish I were making that up. lol

LMAO! Now that is hilarious!

Slytherins get a bad rap because of how they were portrayed in the first 6 books. They got a grand ending with Snape, so I'm very understanding with my sister being in Slytherin. My sister is actually a lot like Snape.

What I also can't stand is how a lot of slytherins didn't fight at the battle of hogwarts. Seriously, we could have thought about a sneaky attack from behind. Bombarda maxima the shit out of the death eaters.

I'm actually really disappointed that the Weasly twins weren't slytherins. I'm mean, they are cunning, ambitious, charming. And pureblood. Imagine how different the books would be if non-evil slytherins were main characters. And you know the twins would have made malfoy's life suck, for harry. Just.. idk. I have strong feelings about this.

I saw Potterhead and came right away! I'm a Hufflepuff, too! Patronuses?

So, funny story. My best friend (I'll calle her Sherlock here) calls me John Watson, because she's obsessed with Sherlock and I'm her short friend with some semblance of a blog. As most people in the Sherlock fandom (or those with Sherlockian friends) know, many portray John as a hedgehod cause he's short and bristly. So, she calls me John despite my telling her not to. Anyway, she persuaded me to take the Patronus test, and lo and behold, it was a freaking hedgehog. My Patronus is literally a hedgehog. Needless to say, I've stopped arguing with her that I'm not a hedgehog.

My patronus is probably a wolf.

Funny, I am the sherlock friend too. My Watson is taller than me Unfortunately. But I can deduce fairly well so that makes it up.

Yayyyyyy! Aw Potter happiness all over!

My wife is slytherin (she was sorted on Pottermore while at Harry Potter Leavesden studios!). She keeps me on my toes - SOOO FREAKING AMBITIOUS and to the point with everything. Including her love. Butterflies from day one. Second one. I knew she was badddd. In the best possible way lol.

My patronus is a dolphin. Was very happy with that. Has anyone been sorted in Ilvermorny?

    Oh also - I NEED A NIFFLER.

    Love. "Always".

Does anyone know of a very accurate Patronus test? If I had to guess, I'd say my Patronus is either a Fox or an Otter.

    Hello fellow Potter fans.

Does anyone else think they're kind of between two houses? If I had to pick a house, I'd say Ravenclaw, but I think I'm more of a Gryffinclaw (or Ravendor) honestly?

Also wands. What would your wand be like?

Ravenclaw here! Honestly Pottermore is fantastic for all of the quizzes it offers:

I got sorted into Ravenclaw, my Patronus is a robin, my Ilvermorny is Thunderbird and my wand is Rowan wood with a Dragon heartstring core 13" and Slightly Yielding flexibility
