    I don't think this has been posted yet, I checked the last page or two of this section and didn't spot it. If it has been, and this is a repost.. my apologies ^_^

    I love this video. A 47 year old small-town woman auditions for Britain's Got Talent and her appearance alone has the entire audience mocking her, expecting her to be a disastrous failure simply because her physical appearance is not that of the average 20 year old pop star. But when she opens her mouth, BOY do they change their minds..

    An excellent example of why there's more to a book than its cover.

    was so tempted to post this.

    Amazing... absolutely amazing.

    now, on all the videos for 'I dreamed a dream', people are posting "copy this if susan boyle brought you here"

    and there are 400 of those in the comments section of one video already.

    Holy crap, that nearly brought tears to my eyes. That was spectacular, magnificent, and humbling. Gorgeous.

    Wow, I hadn't noticed that.. but yeah, she definitely seems to have made a big impression on the YT comments.

    Definitely very humbling. I got chills when she was looked so shocked to hear they liked it, like she couldn't believe that they were ACTUALLY going to vote her through. A beautiful moment for sure.

    I can't believe I'm actually crying here! What a wonderful lady with a truly amazing voice!
    I loved that the audience stood and gave her a standing ovation!

    I just watched this, a good freind of mine linked it to me - that woman is AMAZING.
    I have to admit that I thought she was going to be the type of act people make fun of, but after her first line of the song I was blown away.
    She's incredible.
    I got major goosebumps. I actually almost wanted to cry at some parts.

    That was beyond cute. How is this woman not married? She's so charming and quirky and what a voice!

    I'm not gonna lie, I got teary too. And I don't usually, oddly enough.

    Simon Cowell is apperently already negotiating a record deal for her. This should help, as she is unemployed, and so she gets her dream of being a professonal singer *and deserves it more then alot of the professonal singers currently preforming*, and we get the prospect of more of her amazing voice.

    Wow, really? That's fantastic! I've been watching the video over and over for most of the night.. she's such a genuine and charming person, I really hope she does get a deal or at least makes it far in the competition.

    she already has a wikipedia page.

    I think we need little reminders like this to show us not to judge others by their apperence, because it is the ones you wouldnt give a second glance that truly amaze you.
