I have a Gateway DX4200-09 from Bestbuy and I love it.

I put down HP because my "main machine" is an HP Pavilion Dv6000 series laptop.

I have several others. In the house there's a couple 'custom' desktops. I have an Asus Eee. There's a couple dell desktops, dell laptop, MSI Wind, an old eMachine, old IBM, and other assorted machines. Somewhere I think there's an Apple Mac SE.

I'm currently using our Sony Vaio desktop(it's old and about to die). We also have an original iMac, and a new HP.

Nothing beats a rock-solid custom build.

I bought a Compaq from JBHifi, and its the biggest piece of crap i've ever used. 3 new Harddrives, 2 new motherboards, and on the last warranty claim, they replace everything inside it.
Morons they are, would have been cheaper to throw that comp in the bin, and give me a new one.

Either way, i know have a custom one, and havn't had any problems. Besides filling my harddrive, have to add another one to it.

    I've had it since December 2006 - best €2,000 I've ever spent.

Put custom... but it's quite a long list (partly 'cos I'm a techie for a living)

Primary machine: custom build based on a Q6600 Quad Core2
Laptop (used for work): Toshiba A110
    Netbook: Fujitsu Amilo UI3250
Home Server: Custom build based on an Athlon 64 with a silly amount of disk space

A lovely custom machine, was top spec two years ago, built it myself, not a single issue with it - until last week when the PSU, and one or more out of the graphics card, mobo and RAM all died. -.-

Dell Inspiron 1525 here. My only complaint is the mouse pad, it's really inaccurate, but whatever.
