    The question really should be, who doesn't like Abba?

    With soulful, deep lyrics (and a couple of plain silly ones) and a certain amount of upbeat optimism combined with poetic realisation of jillted love and spurned moments of life, there's a little something for everyone.

    Besides, nobody can say no to a cheery Swedish smile!

    Short answer: Not really
    Long answer: Well if the fact I was singing along to them last night while my friend played piano and I knew a fair portion of the words, if that means anything. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Also with the same friend who was playing piano, we often listen to ABBA in Music when we're bored. ABBA or Kate Bush, we can both sing Wuthering Heights. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: But yeah, ABBA are alright, I don't have any of their stuff on my iTunes, but I would listen to it sometimes if I did.

    Isn't it a requirement as a gay man to at least know the lyrics to 1 whole song, even if you don't like them? I'll admit I don't own anything ABBA, but I can't help but to sing along when I hear their music. I did really like the one-hit-wonder band that covered a bunch of their music a couple of years ago. I think they were called A* Teens, they covered a bunch of Elvis Presley's songs too.

    They were my first favorite artist <3 :grin:

    I don't listen often anymore, but I have like every song they've ever recorded (and there are some bad ones...). But I love love love them!

    I love them too. They were my introduction to ABBA as a kid!

    Apparently it's a requirement that gay clubs play "Dancing Queen" to. Which is the mother of all dance songs. It's so hard not to get up and dance when doing that song.

    Ahhh ABBA was one of my favourite bands when i was younger :slight_smile: had like 4 CDs, such good music ..... dancing on my bed to money money money, good times lol

    I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove ABBA!!!!
    Didn't like the Musical because they translated all the songs to German wich sounded horrible. Maybe I should have seen it in English.....
