    A rodent cage with...ten baby hamsters inside.

    :slight_smile: we get to keep 6 of them [2 for each me, and my 2 brothers] and we're giving 4 away.

    so yeah, that was a surprise when i got home.

    I havent decided yet, I'm leaning towards Oxnard and Hamtaro if its two boys or Bijou and Pashmina if its two girls :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Was there a mother with them? Are they weaned? I know nothing about hamsters. Having rat-like animals as pets has never been my thing. However, I did have guinea pigs as a child.

    Aww, they're kinda cute. I always wanted to have a pet hamster when I was younger, but never got to get one.

    My brother works at wal-mart outside pushing carts and yes they're weaned and we've already split up the boys and the girls and no the mother was not with them

    I had a litter of gerbils... half of them died because the mother liked to carry them into the running wheel, set them down, and run in the wheel so they flew around and eventually hit the glass of the cage and stopped movie.

    we learned not to get a breeding pair.
