So I got GTA 4 today, and I wanna install a Toyota Camry mod on it. I view tutorials on YouTube, and I am told to use SparkIV. I am the only account on my computer, and it is an admin account on Vista, and it tells me "Access Denied", then someone said to uncheck the Read-Only attribute on the GTA 4 program file, and when I uncheck it, SparkIV still says "Access Denied" and the Read-Only is checked again. This is VERY frustrating.:tantrum:
