there are so many lame books on self help and all this stuff that i cant find one worth reading. So i am hoping some one will be able to suggest one that will actually be worth my time. Im still struggling (severly sometimes) with a poor self esteem and body image, and before this turns into a full on disorder (assuming i isnt already), i am hoping to find a book that will help. Any suggestions?
