Is it me or does the music industry as a whole sounds old?

I don't know it feels like I'm from the future listening to the past, like reminiscing the past or something. It's like it's so commercial that I know it's making a strong statement for the time being to the point of being comical.

It needs change since it seems stuck in 2008 recycle bin..

The fashion is changing, but the music itself is not.

It seems like there's an overall lack of creativity in all media these days. Like all things these days, the music industry is concerned with profits, and the fact is that experimentation and trying new things are much less likely to garner profits than simply staying in the mold. It's sad, but then again, money poisons everything.
