I'm used to PCs. Macs frustrate me.

I like my PC. I"m sure if I grew up with a Mac I'd love Macs.
But whatever someone wants/likes is fine.
I hate when people get all up-in-arms about it and have to praise their own as being the best and then other being horrible.

I totally agree. I had to work on a Macbook for my six-hour laboratory class this past semester. Having to deal with it for even once a week would put me in a sour mood. And it's the reason I haven't upgraded to Windows 7 yet. They got rid of the taskbar! I LOVE the taskbar. The Mac equivalent (and now Windows 7 adopted brand) is beyond stupid. When you close a window, it should freakin' close the program! None of this 'run in the background' shit.
    Argh.

The only benefits of a Mac would be virus-protection and even then, they are so much more expensive that I'd rather try my hand with Ubuntu/Linux. (And I guess Windows Movie Maker blows big chunks.)

Macs drive me crazy because all the software "user friendliness" just means "less customisability". iTunes is a HORRIBLE program.

And they're a huge pain in the arse to upgrade the hardware.

I prefer a machine i can customise EXACTLY the way i want it, both in hardware and software.

I've been very much a Mac my entire life. I own like 15 of them, most of them the original classic box from the mid 80s.

Today, I own both a Mac laptop and a PC. The Mac I use for everyday things like the internet, homework, or watching a movie. The PC is gaming. When I have money again, I'll likely buy another Mac...and install Windows on it as well.

I have both Mac OS X and Windows 7, but the most stable operating system I've ever run was Linux (specifically Ubuntu).

i use my psp as a computer more than anything else but if i had to choose id be a pc. macs annoy me because they 'cant be penetrated by anything, not even viruses, worms and the like' its just the pretense that makes me want to gouge my eyes out.
then theres the 'macs are superior for anything graphical' but theyre not. getting a mac wont magically make me a better graphic designer however the people that get macs have more money than sense and just believe adverts.

I love both. My uni body MacBook pro comes to school with me as I love typeing on it. Pages and keynote shakes the boxers off word and PowerPoint. I use my windoz pc for my web design and that. Although I like mac abit more as my old mac book pro the 4 years I owned it I never had to reinstall while my pc had to be reinstalled something like 50 times in those 4 years. Thank you 10gb registry files! Also the buttonless trackpad is awsome along with the finger movements you can do on it!

    I'm a PC. I wish I was a Mac. D:
We use Macs for my computer graphics and animations classes. They're so much easier to use. They key commands are all really similar.
    And Macs are so pretty~!
    PC's are cheaper though.
