    Remember, you asked, so...

Alternative rock, indie rock, delta blues, Cajun (Lafayette, not N'awlins), bluegrass, and genuine Bavarian oom-pah (you may have to be from Munich to understand...)

My musical tastes are admittedly complex... :icon_eek:

Indie/alt stuff and metal, mainly (death) prog... I (usually) like artists from those genres, but it's not a rule. I'll give anything a try.

I never had or have a favourite genre, even if I could identify one. I just listen to music and if i like it, I'll keep on listening. This also explains why I don't know many bands, or song names, :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:. Having said that, most of my playlist is foreign language based. J-pop really.

Classical music basically. A little bit of pop and some random other stuff, but yeah, mostly classical. I'm such a cool teenager. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

That'd be... indie rock, math rock, post-hardcore, experimental pop, indie pop, psychedelica, electro-pop, folktronica, post-rock, noise-rock, baroque pop, fight pop, post-punk, folk, ambient, alternative pop, alternative rock, orchestral rock, new rave, 8-bit, world, tweecore, dream pop, mashup, trancecore, synth pop, surf/beach rock/punk, drone, shoegaze and industrial? Yeah same.

I know eh? People always get a lil annoyed at why I don't know this song or that band. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Wicked to know we think alike.

    THIS

On my bus ride this morning I was listening to Gothic Metal and Industrial Synthpop. Last night I was listening to whatever the hell you'd call The Knife, and Folk, and Neo Flamenco, and a little bit of classical, with a few various kinds of metal to mix it up a bit. I don't have a favourite. :eusa_danc

Metal and alternative usually top the list for me. That said, I can't stand the new kind of metal that is coming out these days where you can't understand a single word the singer is saying. Older metal is pretty awesome. I also like rock and roll in general.

:eusa_sick Not a fan of either. To me, emo just sound whiny. Screamo suffers from the same problem, except it is loud, as well.

Thems just my two cents, though. I have nothing against either genre.
