    The whole thing is a mess. The doily thrown on his head, the button is undone, he's got an inflatable arm, & of course the fabric penis.

    I have no fashion sense, but come the fuck on, NO ONE wears this shit.

    That is just horrible..like a horror movie.. It's like something or a bunch of things you forgot about in the back of the garage for 20 years and decided to just pile it on top of yourself to see what it looks like. Whoever thought of this needs to be tied to a chair and be forced to watch this suit burn.

    further proof that fashion designers are so desperate to get attention that they will fail to make anything fashionable in the rush to make somehing shocking and news worthy. is it just me, or are there are alot of designers who dont seem to design clothing. these fashion shows are filled with alot of crap that is unwearable.

    No, it's not just you. I've often thought that a majority of the stuff that shows up at the international fashion shows is just simply... ghastly. But this outfit (and, if you check out the video at the link, some of the other ones are just as hideous) takes the cake.

    I found it amusing that some of the models didn't even seem to be able to keep the normal pretentious poker-faced look that they are supposed to keep. I don't think I could keep a straight face wearing that crap.

    But you guys are all talking about it, and it got posted on a place that usually doesnt post fashion updates and things lie that.

    And i'm not supporting this designer, mainly because she kinda sucks. But for many designers to get noticed by the general public, thus have people gain interest, thus get financial backers for their shows, they HAVE to do things that are kinda of crazy and outlandish. Is it always pretty or practical? no. but its the way the business is. And from that financial backing comes the opportunity to create more ready-to-wear pieces that can be sold in stores. A designer who starts out making pretty, simple fashion, USUALLY goes nowhere.

    take the designer Alexander McQueen for example, who started out doing weird shit like this, but because it got him noticed, he got financial backing, which led to him creating a brand that is very well known to this day that sells regular pretty clothes.

    Yes, well... I bet Lady Gaga would have worn *anything* that this designer produced. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she was in the front row and bought out the entire collection. :slight_smile:
