EC's Favorite Song: Round 1-T: Madonna vs. Christina Aguilera

I love "Beautiful" but "Like A Prayer" is an amazing song. I had to vote for Like A Prayer. Never saw the "Beautiful" video before though, I liked it a lot. I haven't voted in a while so

 

NOW This one is hard xD I like em both a lot though, but there's something about Like A Prayer that I've always loved.

 

But you just told me yesterday that Like a Prayer is not one of the Madonna songs you like...? O-o

But meh, Beautiful for me. XD

Madonna gets it for me. I've always liked Like a Prayer - I think it's one of my favorites of hers actually.

 

Sorry but Madonna beats all. I only voted for Beautiful because I think the song is a very powerful one (especially the version Christina sang).

 

Well, then the day before

 

I voted for Christina merely 'cause between the two songs, I prefer "Beautiful." If I were comparing artists I would have to choose Madonna. The music video for "Beautiful" makes me well up like no other.

 

I voted for Madonna. I like Beautiful's video better, but the better song is Like a Prayer

 

Gah!!! Don't do this to me! Madonna is my favorite singer and "Like A Prayer" is my favortie song from her, but "Beautiful" is so powerful, and Christina is my second favorite singer. I'll guess I'll give the slight edge to "Beautiful" because of the message of the song, but I feel bad voting against Madonna. Madonna's still the best, though.
