Anyone know some gay themed music ?? I searched EC three diffrent times for it and couldn't find it and then i decided to just post this . I love listening to music that i can reallly relate to and i was wondering if anybody knew any I already have a matt adler song , adam lambert lady gaga and firework by katy perry .. i dont care if it is screamo or classical or what but i searched google and it just came up with movies .. so any type is good for me . Scissor Sisters, Daft Punk, Indigo Girls, Kylie Minogue, Cher, Madonna, Savage Garden, and I think Death Cab for Cutie sounds pretty gay. :lol: But seriously, Savage Garden gets my vote for gayest 90's music ever.
I'm wondering if maybe you could re phrase the question. What qualifies as "gay themed music"? Music, like all other arts, never has one meaning or theme. When you hear a song it means what you feel it means, it also means what I feel it means, and it means what everyone else feels that it means to them. I only mean that any song could be considered "gay themed music" it just depends how you look at it.

As in songs or artists with gay themed songs or undertones like "it's ok to be gay" by tomboy and stuff that just says gay period no matter who's taste or what the lyrics or the official videos have gay stuff in them ...

"gay themed music" to me means songs about gay issues which, for the most part, are performed by gay artists. Three groups that come to mind offhand: Pansy Division -- rock bordering on alternative/punk from the 1980s. They were a gay group that toured for a while. The Flirtations -- wonderful acapella group from the 1980s and early 90s that did all gay-themed music, often well-known songs with lyrics rewritten to gay themes. Really talented, really funny.
