I find that listening to Sigur Rós makes me not sure how I feel. Happiness, sadness, melancholy, nostalgia, calmness... pretty much all of them end up flowing through me after each song.

Have you got any songs that leave you feeling a bit... weird?

Um i dont know, each song gives me a specific emotion, but there are songs that give me double emotion, like sad and anger mixed together, or nostalgy and happy mixed together, tho i dont feel weird at all

Might give you a slightly better idea of what I mean, if you're wondering how a band might achieve such a peculiar and profound affect.

I'm not ashamed to admit they're the only band I've cried to.

    I Don't Want To Miss A Thing - Aerosmith

Great to listen to once or twice, but over and over again and you'll be searching for the razor blades

One more arrow - Elton John

Always makes me sad, too much pain and suffering in this song but I love it.

I'm meant to have Takk... and () on the way, but this bloody postal strike is delaying things. I've currently only got Sæglópur and Glósóli, both from Takk... Can't wait till I get the albums

They're great...although it's not the kind of music I usually listen to, Sigur Ros are something special. Most of their tracks are beautiful and really emotional.:icon_bigg BTW have you seen this clip?

How to Save A Life by The Fray makes me sad. Especially because I think of the music video which is a very sad music video.

"I Don't Care Anymore" by Phil Collins. This song always amplifies a depressive mood for me, then turns it into anger somehow.

Almost anything by Rush makes me happier just because it's good music that I can turn up really loud and sing along with in the car.
