Okay, you know you've got a favorite. What gay moment made you cry recently? It can be part of a song, a movie, a TV show, a speech, a book. It could make you cry because it's so beautiful or just because it's so sad (there really are too many of those--if gay relationships ended as tragically as they do in quite a few books and movies, there wouldn't be any of us left). Feel free to share!
As silly as it sounds, the biggest moment like that for me was probably when I saw the music video for a song called "Better." Also, a short story I read a few days ago made me cry a bit. It was so sad, the poor girls! :tears:
This speech always make me cry. It's beautiful.
There She Is! Not really quite about gay relationships but the overall message is that anyone should be able to love anyone (and specifically about Japanese and Koreans should be able to love) but the parallels are still there and strong enough in a personal way to get me misty-eyed, hah.

Ok..it's not beautiful or sad..but funny enough to give you tears.:roflmao:
really? i'm gonna be the one to post it? ok.. this it's the almost-final scene from prayers for bobby, so if you haven't seen it yet and are planning too i wouldn't advise watching it.
I actually finished watching Brokeback Mountain this past weekend. This is the only film that I ever cried about(and I was depressed about for a couple days afterward), and Ennis reminded me a lot of myself in the past. Makes me feel so lucky about where we are in history today, comparatively, though we still have a lot to do. . .
