My English teacher and i have been working together in planning for next year, and she asked me to compile a list of books that have a hero theme and that could be taught to a senior level class. Any suggestions?
Hero by Perry Moore. The main character is gay, but that doesn't play a huge role in the story -- it's mostly very super-hero action with a good plot and a nice message.
