Out Status: Some people Location: Los Angeles Age: 19 Posts: 722 Join Date: Jul 2010 |  Oh my Lykke Li hey guys. im bored so i just wanted to post something.lol.. anyways, last friday i started listening to new songs i havent heard and i remembered one song i loved listening to but stopped. It was "Everybody but me" by Lykke Li. then i started listening to more of her songs and oh my god i fell in love with her songs. I have been listening to her since last friday lol. My friend says her songs are depressing lol. And maybe they are but i really like them, when i listen to them they relax me and i just like laying in bed listening to her just day dreaming. lol. And now i keep listening to her. My favorite songs from her are everybody but me little bit tonight let it fall breaking it up sooo i just want to know who else likes her or is like me right now obsessed with her..lol. and you could post your favorite song from her if you like.

She's got an amazing voice and her lyrics are good too. And I don't think she's depressing- I refuse to listen to depressing music ;D

Would say "Let it Fall" is my favourite. ... Also, now you made me play her music! Ah well ... worse things have happened. ---------- Post added 25th Aug 2011 at 10:54 PM ---------- Anyway, "Lykke Li" is a play on the word "Lykkelig" and means "happy" in Swedish (and Norwegian). ... just in case you didn't know

I heard them at the same festival, and liked them too. Think they played just before Lykke Li actually.

That album was basically the soundtrack to my adolescence. Comparatively-speaking, her new stuff is pretty meh, though, in my opinion.
