Default Avenue Q

Who's seen it? What's your favourite song in it?

I wish I could. I know the whole soundtrack and have watched youtube vids but I can't seem to find a way to go see it haha.

My favourite song is definitely 'if you were gay'.. it's also the first song i ever heard from it

I haven't seen it but I have heard "If You Were Gay" and it's an awesome song.

My roommate was driving me and our 2 other roommates one day and she said "This song is about you" to me. Then she turned on the song... I wasn't out to them so it was awwwkwarddd lol. I didn't come out to them afterward either and just hid in my room for the night.

But I wish I could see Avenue Q too. It seams really awesome.

I really want to see Avenue Q. It's funny (And slightly non-PC), but it's real. And it's f' puppets. Who doesn't like puppets singing about sex, racism, and poverty?

"If You Were Gay" seems to be the most commonly-known song from that musical. Even some people I know who don't know Avenue Q or like musicals that much know that song. That's not to say it's a bad song, it's just pretty common.

My favorite song would have to be either "My Girlfriend, Who Lives in Canada" (because it seems like what I go through every time someone asks me if I'm going to ask out this girl or that girl. ) or "The Internet is for Porn." Sadly, I am still slightly immature. (Then again, I guess my parents never commented on my immaturity when I should have been going through that period, so I guess it's better late than never!)

Ironically "If you were gay" was the first song I've heard from them when I was deep in the closet. My friends jokingly kept asking if I was gay and played that song . Weirdly enough when I told them they didn't believe me at first ..

I saw it in the third row sitting next to my dad. XD It was fun. My favorite song is "I Wish I Could Go Back to College."

Weird, I always thought that "Everyone's A Little Bit Racist" and "The Internet Is For Porn" were more well-known.

I normally hate musicals, but I have the Avenue Q soundtrack.
