| Well Known Full Member   Gender: Male Orientation: Gay Out Status: Mostly everyone Location: Queensland, Australia Age: 25 Posts: 192 Join Date: Sep 2011 |  The Beginners - Good Film I watched this last night and thought it had some real good messages in it: Beginners (2010) - IMDb About a father in his 70s who is diagnosed with cancer and comes out as gay.. very nice snapshot of contemporary society and finding happiness. Definitely worth a watch.. Also stars Ewan McGregor - not his best role, quite a dry character but very effective acting all the same. I give it a solid 7/10 - a good hope inspiring film
