Default Girls in Rock n Roll, a celebration

I love women who invade a Man's World and show them a thing or two

In sports especially, like Danica Patrick in Indy and NASCAR racing, but this is about Rock music...

How about some Chrissey Hynde?

OMFG dude, Ann Wilson has one of the finest voices in rock male or female, hands down or UP , she could sing the phone book and make me weep, I was lucky enough to see them live several times in the 80's, this is a ballad, not one of their best songs but, you get Nancy in there too!!

Otep Shamaya might be the most badass girl in rock 'n' roll (metal, specifically). I love her It Gets Better video.

And then there's this song, which absolutely rocks my world. (Warning: video features violent fight scenes. Open it in a new tab and look at something else if that isn't your thing.)

And we can't have a girls of rock post without appreciation for Amy Lee of Evanescence.
