I like some of her music, but I don't like her as a person. I think she is kind of fake sometimes...like, I don't think she TRUELY cares about "accepting yourself" and stuff like that like she says she does.
But my fav songs by her are The One That Got Away (love the video!) and of course, Firework

I am not a Katy Perry fan, especially after hearing her sing without autotune (hint: sounds a bit like a screaming banshee) But... I do find this video pretty hysterical.

BTW, the guy who made this is also the guy making the "Second Class Citizens" documentary. So he doesn't just make silly stuff...

I like her music when it's not auto tuned (e.g the one that got away acoustic live that was amazing) and she used to be my straight celeb crush. As a person to me she seems like a person that doesn't really care about people like us.

I like alot of her music that I've heard, haven't really looked into who she is that much though regarding the supposed homo/transphobia. Firework really inspired me, no matter what was going on outside of it I think it's a great song and video.

I absolutely adore her. I've always thought she was genuine. I love her voice when it doesn't have much auto tune. I think it's really soothing, at least to me. I've always thought of her as a jokes tee and very bubbly which could come off as fake or distant to some people thinking she's arrogant or phobic. I think she may not completely understand LGBT but she seems to care. Plus she's beautiful, if I had to have sex with a woman it would be her.
