I've been wanting to post this for awhile...sorry if you've seen it already: I don't know what to think.
Wow, I want to find this woman and tell her that I didn't realize it was possible for someone to be this stupid. Thank you for coming into my life and lowering the bar.
"We as a nation have got to ask ourselves"..... how we got to a place where people are so fucking stupid that they don't understand basic light refraction. This is about on par with this:
This reminds me that at one of my city council meetings in my hometown, somebody came and asked if they could taser the dear...
Rainbows in sprinklers are a natural occurrence, anywhere where there is water droplets sunlight can refract off of, will produce a rainbow effect, look at rainbows causes by rainstorms and rainbows seen near waterfalls. Any time there is a medium that can refract light and split the frequencies of white light, you will get rainbows, ever held a prism to light and seen the colors it produces? Same principle, Its a natural occurence and if I might say, its also quite beautiful, The beauty of nature never ceases to amaze me.
Oh. my. god. Morons...I am surrounded by morons. :help: ---------- Post added 24th Jan 2012 at 09:14 PM ---------- That woman obviously never got that memo.
Moving deer crossing signs, lol, bout as bad as the politicians I heard of that wanted to fire the cattle guards because they were costing the state to much. (For the few people in Cities out there that haven't seen or heard of one before, a cattle guard is a metal grate in the road to give cattle the illusion that they are at the edge of a cliff where they cannot see the bottom as cattle by nature are extremely afraid of heights and WILL NOT cross it.)
I'm interested in where she learnt the words "metallic oxide salts." Although if I'm honest it sounds like either a parody or she's under the influence of alcohol or drugs, because the words she's using generally aren't used by someone who doesn't understand rainbows.
Here's another picture that goes along with the deer sign. I rolled around laughing after seeing this. People are so smart. Lmao. :roflmao:
"We have to ask ourselves what the hell is going on?" "The gays have infected the water supply." A youtube comment, I wish it was mine!
One time my religion teacher told me that gays were infiltrating our city government in an effort to set up, and I'm quoting here, "atheist gay priest molestation camps that have AIDS.":eek::eek::eek:
I found something else that will make you feel better about yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PS2VZkCzWSE&feature=player_embedded It wouldn't surprise me if these women are related
Reminds me of the "dihydrogen monoxide" hoax, which involves using a scary, scientific-sounding term for a familiar substance (water) in order to scare people into thinking their water is contaminated............with water. :rolle: My mom's talked to me about some person who asked her which U.S. state China (the country) is in. That and the fact that some polls once showed that a good proportion of Americans can't even identify Iraq on a map despite having been frequently exposed to maps of Iraq via the news media.
