It's from the writers of the OC. I absolutely adored the OC (and Adam Brody lol), but from what I've seen in the previews I can't see myself getting into Gossip Girl. Although, I haven't really given it a chance.

BTW I think it's on Arena, if you have pay tv.

Gossip Girl is great fun, and good because they give the parents storylines too (much like they did on the OC). One of the guys was in The Covenant, and is therefore hotter than the sun, and another is super-cute in his own right.

Anyway, I've really been enjoying it but then it's exactly the kind of show that I would.

I've only seen one episode, but from what I've gleaned it seems to be pretty much the O.C. set in New York (rich, powerful people and how they cope with their dire circumstances). Everyone is also exceedingly well-dressed, which I find delightful. My overall review: it's unrealistic and unsubstantial, but definitely excellent entertainment.

ive watched it. the storyline is sucks (kayak sinetron, vin:slight_smile:). typical oc, too pushy:slight_smile:(no offence) but the ppl? the dress, the ppl, the city kinda remind me of sex and the city, so i think ill keep on watchin it, since desperate housewifes and heroes seasons already end.

We watch no TV at all, and don't have a TV licence or any means of receiving TV channels (we have a TV just for DVDs and Markie's Wii). I don't miss it at all. I saw some of Eastenders and a couple of other things at my sister's yesterday, and decided I wasn't missing anything.

I would rather spend my time doing something more constructive, which includes spending time on here.

I love Eastenders! I used to watch it when we had the UKTV channel lol ...
But I'm with you Paul, I feel way better if I do something constructive with my day as opposed to watching TV.
