Hey! So as I'm sure you all well aware, I happen to love Zamfir. Lonely Shepard (thanks to Kill Bill) is one of my favourite songs. And I recommend that if you don't know what I'm talking about you give it the good ole You-tuber right now. Another good one is Gheorghe Zamfir, Doina da jale. So if anyone is a fan of Zamfir can you give me some other recommended songs to check out...or if your not....could you recommend some songs that are like his. Although I'm sure the panflute is quite a rare instrument to find. Nothing with the harp in it...I hate the harp. However, bonus points for the violin Thanks -CU CU CU CHU!
I like hearing El Condor Pasa on pan flute. To bad his rendition has a lot of cheesiness going on in the background.
Yea Zamfir needs to stay away from the harp... I challenge EC to show me a song where the Harp sounds not-cheesy...
Wow I had no idea that the Lonely Shepard from the Kill Bill soundtrack was done by him (in 1977 wow!)! That song is really beautiful. And I have never heard of him even though he's Romanian :icon_redf :lol:
